The manager wh praises yur wrk but denies yu a prmtin.
Everyne knws hw relatinships like that can tie yur stmach int a knt. But grundbreaking research led by the psychlgists Bert Uchin and Julianne Hlt-Lunstad shws that ambivalent (矛盾情绪的) relatinships can be damaging t yur health — even mre than purely negative relatinships.
