16.答案:①-⑤DAFEB
解析:①根据前文“David Stine, authr f The Whle Life, explains hw yu can make fitness a lifestyle chice.(《 The Whle Life》一书的作者David Stine解释了如何将健身作为一种生活方式的选择)”和后文“His physical activities have becme a must n his calendar.(他的体育活动已成为他日程表上的一项必须事项)”可知此处是在介绍David Stine的健身经验,所以D项“He has made playing tennis part f his life(他已使打网球成为他生活的一部分)”符合文意,其中he代指上文中的David Stine。故选D项。
②分析设空,空处为本段小标题,应是对本段的高度概括,根据下文“Based n yur age, physical cnditin and bdy type, chse wrkuts that are realistic as far as what yu can and shuld d. What was apprpriate fr yu at a certain age r life stage may nt wrk fr yu tday.(根据你的年龄、身体状况和体型,选择你能做和应该做的现实的锻炼。在某个年龄或人生阶段适合你的东西,现在可能不适合你)”可知,本段是在讲述选择符合实际的锻炼方式,所以A项“Be realistic in what yu d(锻炼要现实一点)”符合文意。故选A项。
