Meanwhile, cut sme vegetables int thin pieces, such as carrts, tmates and spring nins. Place them t ne side and put the rice paper wraps in cld water. Leave them fr arund tw minutes until they are sft. Then take ne f the rice paper wraps ut f the water, spread it and lay it dwn carefully. Place the vegetables n tp, alng with the ndles as yu like.
