该定义强调在“现在”这个时间点，动作是存在的。动词在nw这个点是存在的，可能到此结束，也可能继续下去注意：若在nw这个点动作不存在，则是一般过去时。
分析以下两句的区别，体会时态：①Liu Lin has taught Maths in a schl fr 5 years.teach这个动作从5年前开始，并延续到现在，现在还存在，即还在教数学，故用现在完成时。②Tina lived in China fr 5 years and nw she wrks as a manager in Lndn.虽然有时间状语fr 5 years，但是现在在伦敦工作，所以live in China这个动作只发生在过去，并没有延续到现在或与现在有关，故用一般现在时。
eg：a) Wh has cleaned the rm. It’s clean and tidy.b) I wn’t see the film with yu. I have seen it.
该定义强调过去动作对现在的影响或联系；若不存在影响或练习，则是一般过去时。分析以下句子，体会时态：① We have turned ff the lights.turn ff发生在过去，但强调现在灯是关着的，故用现在完成时。② I wn’t see the film with yu. I have seen it.see这个动作发生在过去，但产生了影响“看过了，所以不和你去看了”，故用现在完成时。

he/she/it has可以缩写为he’s/she’s/it’s’s可能是has，也可能是is，注意区分they/we/I/yu have可以缩写为they’ve/we’ve/I’ve/yu’ve
句型变化：否定句：在have/has后加nt疑问句：将have/has置于主语前
规则变化：参照动词过去式的变化规则不规则不变：a) 过去分词与过去式相同，大致分类如下： 与原形相同 hit—hit—hit 在原形后加t或d learn—learnt—learnt 原形中的元音字母有变化 get—gt—gt 原形中的辅音字母有变化 make—made—made 原形中的元音、辅音字母都有变化 feel—felt—felt
b) 过去分词和过去式的变化形式不同，大致分类如下： 与原形相同 cm e—came—c me 原形中的元音字母有变化 ring—rang—rung 在原形上加en eat—ate—eaten 在原形上加n see—saw—seen 在过去式上加n steal—stle—stlen 原形、过去式和过去分词词形差异较大 g—went—gne五级以内不规则动词的过去式及过去分词变化表，详见教材第122-123页。
