宾补定义：英语中有些及物动词如make，call,find, get, set, ask, tell等带直接宾语后意义不完整，还需由名词、形容词、副词、 不定式短语和分词短语等来补充其意义，说明宾语的行为状态、身份特征等。
用法：宾语补足语是补充宾语的成分， 通常置于宾语之后，宾语和宾语补足语共同构成复合宾语。
1)His father named him David. (名词作宾补) 2)Tm painted his huse white. (形容词) 3) Yu shuldn’t frce him t lend his mney t yu. (不定式短语)4)We heard her singing the rm.(现在分词短语) 5)We must get the wrk dne by10 'clck.(过去分词) 6) We regard English as a useful tl fr research wrk. (介词短语)
现在分词作宾语补足语时，表示正在进行或经常存在的状态。宾语与宾补是主动关系。 其主要用于以下三种情况：一是感官动词，二是使役动词，三是with的复合结构。
1)位于感官动词后，如 (五看)see, watch, lk at,ntice,bserve(两听)hear, listen t, (一感觉)feel

2)位于使役动词后，三使：make，let, have，leave，Keep+两发现：find，catch
口诀：五室（五“使”）
1. He had the fire burning all the night. 他让火燃烧了一夜。2.I’ll just leave the engine running while I pp in .我顺便到里边去的时候会让发动机继续开着。？

3)位于with 复合结构中，作宾补，表主动或进行。
He lay there with his eyes staring at the sky.他躺在那里眼睛看着天空。

1.过去分词作宾语补足语，表示被动的、完成的动作，宾语补足语与宾语之间常常存在逻辑上的动宾关系，即宾语是过去分词所表示的动作的承受者。 He fund the dr lcked.2.常接过去分词作宾语补足语的动词有：①感官动词：watch, see, bserve, lk, hear, listen, find, ntice等 eg I fund the bed mved ut f the bedrm. ②使役动词：make, get, have, keep, leave等。 eg My father will get the car repaired.
过去分词(短语)作宾语补足语
③希望、命令：want, wish，like，rder eg The manager rdered the prblem handled as sn as pssible.④ 介词with后也可接过去分词作宾语补足语，构成with复合结构 eg With mre plants planted, the garden lks much mre beautiful.
