Fr mst f my life, I didn’t like being seen. I went bright red when it was my turn t speak in a grup. I hated the teacher asking me smething. I even didn’t like my family all lking at me! I ften tried t hide away and avid being seen by thers!S, it’s nt strange that I feared speaking in frnt f thers.
Luckily, I’ve learned t vercme my prblem. Nw I lve helping thers wh have the same prblem that I nce had but want t speak up because they have valuable things t share. I particularly lve helping entrepreneurs (企业家) t becme mre cnfident. When yu help a leader, the impact is s much greater.
Over the years I’ve discvered that there are three main prblems that peple have when it cmes t speaking in public. The first is a lack f self-belief. They dubt themselves and questin whether what they have t say is valuable. The secnd is a fear f being seen as pride. The third is a fear f rejectin r a fear f nt being liked.
All f these prblems are related t mindset, specifically, a fear-based mindset, which is cmmn. These fears stp peple frm stepping up as the leader and influencer they were brn t be.
If yu want t becme a mre effective influencer, it is s imprtant t wrk n any fears yu have f judgment r rejectin. They will be a ball and chain that will hld yu back frm success. We need t take actin thugh we feel fear. We can’t wait fr the fear t g away as it wn’t g away itself. We have t act while we still feel it. And t vercme fears, we shuld practice. Cnfidence is attached t prgress, and we prgress nly if we practice. If yu dn’t feel yu’re prgressing, yu’ll start t lse yur cnfidence and stay stuck in fear.

C. They exist mainly because f peple’s fears.
D. They are n prblem fr leaders r influencers.
26.What des the authr suggest peple d?
A. Practice hard t make prgress despite fears.
B. Refuse judgment r rejectin frm thers.
C. Avid failure t be mre cnfident.
D. Wait fr the fear t disappear.
27.What can be the best title fr the text?
A. Finding the Curage inside Yu
B. Becming a Mre Influential Persn
C. Overcming the Fear f Public Speaking

故选A。
因此, F选项中“Sme”与“Others”相呼应, 并与后文构成并列关系, 且“this”与前文“their wrds and actins matter”相呼应。故选F。
⑤段落主旨句“Find time t have fun tgether!”
