【探究】(1)基本结构: ① 主语+am/is/are+其他. ② 主语+动词原形/动词单数第三人称形式(+其他).
(2)标志词: ften, always, never等频度副词;nce a year, twice a mnth等表示频率的词组;n Sunday, every day等时间状语。
(3)用法: ① 表示事实、现状或经常性、习惯性的动作。 ② 表示普遍真理、客观存在或科学事实。这种用法若出现在宾语从句中,即使主句是一般过去时,从句也要用一般现在时。如: Our teacher tld us that China lies in the east f Asia.

4. 辨析介词n,in与at
【观察】 ① On Friday night, we just sat under the mn and tld each ther stries. ② My father used t read newspapers in the mrning. ③ My brther will cme back at 6 ’clck. ④ The bk is n the desk. ⑤ The hspital is at the end f the street. ⑥ He lives in Paris with his wife.
【探究】(1)表示时间时,介词n常用来表示在具体的某一天或星期几,以及在具体的某一天的早上、下午或晚上。介词at常用来表示具体的时间点,即“在几点几分;在某一时刻”。at还可以用在at night, at weekends, at nn等固定短语中。介词in用在年、月、季节之前;在某一些固定短语中也要用介词in,如: in the mrning, in the evening, in the day, in the middle f the day等。
(2)表示地点、场所、位置时,介词n表示在物体的表面上(有接触面),意为“在……上”。 介词at表示在某一点的位置,用于指较小的地方,如at schl,也可用于门牌号码或名词所有格前,如:at the dctr’s。 介词in表示空间或范围,如in the classrm,与at相比,in一般用于指较大的地方,如:in China,in Xi’an。

【探究】(1)名词所有格的构成方法
(2)名词所有格的用法:名词所有格表示“……的”,可在句中作定语修饰名词,也可用在句末作表语。
注意: (1) 表示“店铺”“某人的家”“诊所”“办公室”的名词所有格后, 一般省去被修饰的表示地点的名词。如:at the dctr’s (在诊所); g t my uncle’s(去我叔叔家)。
(2) 一些具有名词性质的复合不定代词(如:smene, everybdy等)和else连用时,’s应加在else后。如:smebdy else’s pencil别人的铅笔。
(3) 有些表示时间、距离、重量等无生命事物的名词后,也可加’s构成所有格。如:a day’s wrk; five minutes’ walk。
(4)名词所有格也可以用来构成不同的节日,如:Children’s Day儿童节;Wmen’s Day妇女节;Teachers’ Day教师节;Father’s Day父亲节;Mther’s Day母亲节;New Year’s Day新年。
(5)双重所有格用“f+’s”表示,如:a friend f my mther’s。

【探究】 (1) enugh 作形容词,意为“充足的;足够的”,修饰名词时通常放在名词之前,如: enugh fd/mney。
(2) enugh作副词,意为“充分地;足够地;相当地;很”,修饰形容词、副词时,放在这些词之后,如:brave/interesting enugh; strangely/interestingly enugh。
(3) enugh作代词,意为“足够;充分”,在句中可作主语或宾语。
