On Earth, we have gravity and buyancy (浮力). Gravity makes sure that the il stays in the cker, and buyancy allws the bubbles that cme ut f the fries t travel upward s that the fries are cked. The research team first designed a sealed cntainer that culd fry the ptat safely in zer gravity and then tk the researchers n a ride. The plane climbed up, and then, at a certain pint, headed dwn just like a rller caster. There were abut 20 secnds f micrgravity when the plane reached the highest pint, during which the team did tests.
T their surprise, the fries were cked, and the bubbles were able t escape. When being fried, the water inside the ptat turned int vapr (水蒸气). The vapr created pressure when released frm the ptat. On Earth, we have gravity and buyancy (浮力). Gravity makes sure that the il stays in the cker, and buyancy allws the bubbles that cme ut f the fries t travel upward s that the fries are cked.
