根据第三段“Based n the rate f grwth fr wind and slar pwer, the wrld is n track t meet this target. But the glbal energy watchdg (监察人) has warned that “strnger plicy actins by gvernments” will be required t vercme challenges, such as rising csts, uncertain supply chains and grid (电力网) bttlenecks, which are cnsidered essential t hit the gal f limiting glbal heating t within 1.5C f preindustrialised levels.(根据风能和太阳能的增长速度,世界有望实现这一目标。 故选A。
根据第四段“Renewable energy surces tripled, the glbal demand fr cal pwer wuld be cut in half by 2030, accrding t estimates. “This is crucial fr 1.5C,”said Dave Jnes, the glbal insights lead fr climate think-tank Ember. “The tripling gal wuld take renewables t the next level, with slar and wind reaching 40% f glbal electricity generatin by 2030.”(据估计,到2030年,可再生能源将增至三倍,全球对煤炭的需求将减少一半。
根据文章最后一个段落,尤其最后一句话“Increasing capacity may have been simple in recent years with lw interest rates and gvernment supprt schemes, but the sectrs prgress fr the rest f the decade is less certain.(近年来,由于低利率和政府支持计划,增加产能可能很简单,但该行业在本十年剩余时间里的进展却不那么确定。)”

This has resulted in massive abandned cal mines all acrss the cuntry.
根据最后一段“The water resurces thrugh the mines are estimated t be tw billin cubic meters r half the amunt f water in Lch Ness. 35. 根据第一段中“This is evident by the transfrmative effect Britain’s deep cal mines have been shwing after decades f being ne f the biggest reasns fr pllutin.
