Infrmed that an utdr film festival will be held in my schl, I’m writing t invite yu t engage in this visual feast.
The festival is scheduled t be held in the schl playgrund and last three hurs frm7: 00 pm t 10: 00 pm next Saturday. During the festival, sme classic scenes frm well-knwn mvies will be perfrmed. The highlight fr me, hwever, is that varius micr mvies directed by students cncerning campus life will be displayed n the screen. I bet yu’ll be amazed by this festival.

Sally was very surprised. She passively accepted the umbrella and said, “Thank yu!”. But the man had left befre he culd hear her. Sally culd d nthing but watch the man’s back disappearing int the rain. Then Sally quickly gt t the car park under the umbrella and fund her car. Getting in her car and clsing the dr, Sally, breathlessly, lked in the mirrr, beautifying her face and carefully styling her hair again. After everything was ready, Sally drve ut f the car park and headed t her ffice.
“Hw can I return his umbrella?” Sally thught n the way. “He was s friendly and warm-hearted. Hw eagerly I wuld say thank yu t him, but where is he?” The strmy rain almst came t an end nw. Sally lked at the sky where she saw the sun behind the cluds, and amazingly, a clrful rainbw. S happy and excited t see the rainbw, Sally culdn’t help but smile and say, “Thank yu, sir!” Acrss the twn, the man, n the way t his cmpany, als saw the rainbw in the sky. He smiled as well and said, “My pleasure.”

W: Since as lng as I can remember, I’ve had prblems making friends. It’s nt that I wanted t fit in. I just didn’t like the kind f things that ther kids liked.
M: Yu mean music, hbbies, clthes …
W: Yeah. All that stuff just seemed meaningless t me. I didn’t want t hang ut with the cl kids. I’m just nt a cl kid and I dn’t want t be.
M: And d yu think it’s cnnected t yur family backgrund?
W: Oh, definitely. My parents are really quiet and althugh there are fur kids, we live in a quiet husehld. We read, we eat tgether, we’re very respectful f each ther’s space and we’re just nt int partying.
M: S d yu see this as a prblem at schl — like when yu’re trying t make friends?
W: Um, a little bit. It’s nt s much a prblem — mre a feeling that I’m just very different. Like when ther teenagers are starting t g ut, I’m happier staying in and studying. It’s mre a questin f lking fr similar peple, wanting friends wh have the same interests. Friends like yu, actually!

W: Well, I’d lve t share with yu my musical tastes. I’ve always been a huge fan f music. My mm used t have s many CDs, tapes and recrds, s I culd listen t all srts f things, frm classical music like Beethven and Mzart t seventies bands like Shakatak.
I’ve always listened t electrnic music and dance music. It started when I was abut thirteen years ld. I used t g t parties fr yung peple with my schlmates and I’ve just always been int them. One thing that I can’t get int is cuntry. My sister is a big fan. I just cannt get used t it.
If I lk n my iPd nw, a lt f the music that I listen t nw, I prbably listened t back when I was fur r five years ld, with the exceptin f sme f the dance tracks which came in when I was a teenager. S I’d like t say that I listen t a wide range f music, and I’ve gt my mm t thank fr that.
