一般来说,观点看法类文章的内在逻辑关系十分清晰,它除了考查考生的英文基础,还考查考生的逻辑能力。具体来说就是上下文的衔接过渡和文章层次的体现。文章段落之间的逻辑关系主要由过渡性的词和短语来完成,在修辞中称为"启、承、转、合"。"启"就是开头,"承"就是承接,"转"是转折,"合"是综合或总结。
1. 用于表示"启"的过渡性的词和短语通常用在段落或文章的开头。此类过渡性的词和短语有first, first f all, at first, in the first place, firstly, t begin with, t start with, recently, nw, at present, in recent years, in general, generally speaking, lately等。
2. 用于表示"承"的过渡性的词和短语通常用在段落中的第一个扩展句中。此类过渡性的词和短语有secnd, in additin, besides, then, mrever, what’s mre, what’s wrse, fr example, certainly, bviusly, in ther wrds, still, at the same time, n dubt等。

4. 通常采用一般现在时。

这一类的书面表达动词现率最高,且富于变化,用得最多的是动词的过去时态,各种时态为辅。合理使用丰富多彩的动词时态是这类书面表达的首要语言特征。人物类书面表达如果是对人的性格、外貌等叙述常用一般现在时,如果通过事件来刻画人物的性格,那么就要用过去时。写好这类书面表达要注意以下几点:
1.头绪分明,脉络清楚
写好书面表达,首先要头绪分明,脉络清楚,明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析,弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程,然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都要围绕五个"W"和一个"H"来展开,分别是why, what, when, where, wh及hw。
2.突出中心,详略得当

(2)空间顺序,即按事物空间位置的顺序,由上至下,由近及远或由里至外地进行说明。

3. 运用恰当的语言
介绍事物,文字要力求简洁、明白、准确。除讲究语言平实准确的前提下,我们还可以运用描写的方法,来增添文章的可读性。

◆写作要求
常见的方式、方法说明文有学习方法指导、产品使用说明、操作程序介绍、计划安排等。
写这类说明文应把握的要点有:
首先,要细致、准确地了解被说明对象的发展变化规律,也就是要准确地把握一个步骤或进程,不跳跃,不遗漏。只有这样,才能写出能够指导我们生活、工作、学习的说明文。
