    28. What des the underlined phrase “in reverse” in paragraph 1 mean?
    A. Equally. B. Oppsitely. C. Similarly. D. Cmpletely.

    B. They were adapted frm up-t-date nvels.
    C. They satisfied fans’ curisity in a different way.
    D. They created a fictinal wrld fr peple t first step in.
    30. What is prbably the disadvantage f a nvelizatin?
    A. Its chsing the wrng stry. B. Its missing the pint f the screenplay.
    C. Its cutting and replacing mvie scenes. D. Its failing t match the riginal mvie.
    31. Which f the fllwing can be the best title fr the text?

Befre I culd realize hw fast ne mnth went by, I was standing behind the start line f the sprts meet. Seeing my classmates waving their hands as if abut t run beside me, I n lnger felt lnely r afraid. With the sht f the starting gun, I dashed ut and ran as fast as I culd, as if it were a 200-meter race. Sn I was ut f breath and slwed dwn. Other runners passed me ne by ne, and gradually I had n idea hw many f them were still behind me. My legs were getting heavier and heavier, and I might fall dwn at any mment. Hwever, I suddenly heard Mary calling my name. My deskmate even ran alng the track beside me and cheered fr me at the same time, just like the mnth- lng training we did tgether. Gritting my teeth, I pushed myself n step by step.
As expected, I was almst the last t crss the finish line. When I was wndering hw t aplgize fr my pr perfrmance, my classmates came arund t hld my arms, helping me walk n my feet and nt t sit dwn. I was surrunded, with all kinds f drinks handed t me. The kind f warmth that I felt at the very mment stayed fresh n my mind. Obviusly, ne mnth certainly culdn’t make me a gd runner, but I was full f cnfidence that I wuld imprve in the future. Sprts are nt abut winning r lsing cmpetitins, but bringing me clse t my classmates and helping us grw tgether.
