As a science teacher, I am always lking fr creative ways t engage my students and make learning fun. One f my mst memrable experiences invlved an egg, a bttle, and a grup f curius 4th graders.
We were learning abut air pressure, and I had planned a simple experiment t demnstrate (展示) the cncept, I brught a hard-biled egg, a glass bttle with a narrw neck, and a small piece f paper. Participants cmpleted the baseline questinnaire between 2006 and 2010 and were fllwed up with fr an average f 11.2 years. Eighty-five percent f participants reprted regularly drinking tea, f whm 89 percent reprted cnsuming black tea. Cmpared with individuals wh did nt cnsume tea, these participants had a 9 t 13 percent lwer death risk.
The assciatin remained even after researchers adjusted fr participants’ cffee cnsumptin, r milk r sugar added t tea. Tea temperature at the pint f cnsumptin als did nt change results. “These findings suggest that tea, even at higher levels f intake, can be part f a healthy diet,” authrs wrte.
