Have yu ever dne r thught abut vlunteering (志愿服务) befre? Vlunteering means spending time helping smebdy r smething. In my case, I’ve vlunteered in an animal center t help dgs.
Back in 2021, sme friends and I went t an animal center utside f Bejjing. There, I was able t get clse t the animals. There were nt nly dgs at the center, hwever. I saw many kinds f ther animals as well, such as fxes and cats. Still, ur main task was t help the dgs by giving them walks. Many f the dgs were kept in big cages (笼子) alng with ther dgs and ate frm a big bwl tgether. I felt a bit sad fr the dgs because many f them lked ld and dirty.
S I decided t give ne f the dgs a gd walk. I remember it was a big black dg with curly (卷曲的) hair. The dg was very gentle, but it did nt want t walk very far. It was als a bit shy and just wanted t lie alne. Still, when I tk ut a tennis ball t play, it really enjyed it.
