and then measuring hw lng it takes t reach the cap. Secnd, the smart cap is cnnected t an app that helps yu persnalize yur needs fr water.
Yu need t input yur weight and age. Finally, yu can even cnnect yur smart bttle t a third-party fitness app.
While the technlgy is cmplex, the smart water bttle is actually easy t use because the bttle reminds yu when yu need t drink. It’s pretty
difficult t ignre flashing lights and vibratin reminders. A red light means that yu have t drink mre and a green light shws if yu’re drinking the

participants had created and assessed their head psitins, arm psitins, and degrees f expansiveness—hw much space they tk up by standing
straight r pening up different parts f their bdies. Then, the researchers cmpared these psitins t the feelings they suppsedly expressed.
Van Cappellen fund that peple viewed an expansive psture as representing dminance. But jy and respect were als represented by expansive
pstures, with hpe invlving the least expansive psture. “We’re finding that psitive emtins are als marked by expansiveness—especially jy,”
she says.
Besides, arm and head psitins als mattered. Fr example, jyful pstures were described by arms raised abve the head, while respectful pstures
shwed hands tuching the face. Dminant pstures, n the ther hand, tended t shw arms akimb (双手叉腰) with the head facing frward.
T knw if ther peple seeing the mannequins culd recgnize the feelings being expressed by different pstures, Van Cappellen had a new grup
f participants lk at phts f mannequins psed in many different ways. The participants fund that expansive pstures with arms held high

Her research suggests that ur bdy psture helps express ur emtins and may help us feel certain emtins, t. This culd be cnsequential—
