teach neself= learn by neself, 表示“自学”。I teach myself cking.=I learn cking by myself. 我自学的烹饪。
（2）by作介词，意为“通过”，因此这里的listen和watch用动名词形式。Start it by pressing this buttn.按下这个开关开动它。
cnfident 是形容词，意为“有信心的”。常用搭配有be cnfident f sth/ that …意为“ 确信……”。
I want t sing, but I wasn’t cnfident.我想唱歌，但是我不自信。Yu are a strng and cnfident persn. 你有强烈的自信心。I am cnfident that yu can pass the exam. 我肯定你考试能够通过。
cnfident名词形式是cnfidence, 构成短语have cnfidence in sth./sb., 表示“对……信赖”。He answered the questin with cnfidence.她有把握地回答了那些问题。
【辨析】nise,sund和vicenise指较大的声音,噪音sund 可以指任何声音vice 指人的嗓音。
Yur vice sunds beautiful. 你的声音听起来很优美。There was t much nise in the huse.屋子里太吵了。She went and turned the sund dwn.她走过去把音量调小了。She said t me in a lw vice.她低声跟我说话。
