Language pint 4英语中时间的表达法英语中时间的表达通常用以下两种方法:
◆直接表达法(1)用“基数词 + ’clck”来表示整点,注意’clck须用单数,可以省略。
eight ’clck 八点钟ten ’clck 十点钟
(2)用基数词按“钟点+分钟”的顺序直接写出时间。eleven five 十一点零五分six frty六点四十
◆间接表达法(1)如果分钟数少于30,可用“分钟数+past+钟点”表示,其中past是介词,意思是“过”。
twenty past fur四点二十 eight past ne 一点零八分
(2)如果分钟数多于30,可用“距下一整点的分钟数+t+下一整点”表示,其中t是介词,意思是“差”。
8:35 可表示为twenty-five t nine 差二十五分钟九点,即八点三十五。
(1)当分钟数是15时,可用名词quarter (一刻钟)表示。7:15可表示为 a quarter past seven, 12:15可表示为 a quarter past twelve。
(2)当分钟数是30时,可用名词half (一半)表示。9:30可表示为half past nine,3:30可表示为 half past three。
(3)若表示的时间不够准确,可在时间前加上介词abut。abut eight大约八点
(4) 在时间点前面应用介词at来表示“在……点”。at nine 在九点钟at abut five thirty-five p.m.大约在下午五点三十五分
