根据第四段第二句“Even 30 minutes later, the slitaire-players gbbled dwn mre snacks when they were ffered, cmpared t thse wh had fcused n eating.”
根据第四段第三句中的“when researchers asked the participants t remember what they had eaten fr lunch, thse wh had been playing slitaire had a much harder time remembering what they had cnsumed”可知,边吃饭边玩单人纸牌游戏的人很难在饭后想起他们吃的什么。
根据第二段中的“the habit was helping them increase extra punds(这个习惯正在帮助他们发胖)”和“peple wh ate while distracted ate mre(在吃饭时分心的人吃的东西更多)”可知,吃饭时分心容易导致肥胖。故选C。
故选A。
