    The wrld is changing fast. Study and relatinships have always caused stress, but tday the stress is much higher than befre, the WHO said.
    The Yung Fundatin, a UK-based nn-prfit think tank, says that yung peple tday have huge stresses at schl. Fr instance, they experience bullying and bdy image issues. In a 2017 reprt, the fundatin nted that the internet was a special surce f stress. Online, yung peple ften see “messages abut perfectin” and this causes the yung “great uncertainty abut their adult futures”, says the fundatin.

    As the weather gets warmer, there are few things that are better t d than travel. But traveling might nt be that fun fr everyne, especially fr thse wh have mtin sickness.
    Mtin sickness is als called travel sickness. It is a cmmn experience fr many peple. Depending n hw yu travel, it can be called carsickness r seasickness. Peple with mtin sickness feel very uncmfrtable while they are in mtin. They feel sick and dizzy, like the rm arund them wn’t stp spinning.
    It is generally believed that mtin sickness happens when yur senses becme cnfused with each ther, Scientific American reprted.
    We use different parts f ur bdy t sense mvement. Our eyes tell us if we are mving. The inner ears cntain a special liquid that helps us sense ur directin and balance. Our muscles react t mvement.
