I live in a small twn in Yunnan Prvince, n the histric Tea Hrse Rad. My family has lived there fr many generatins. I remember when I was very yung, ld peple tld me abut the hrse caravan (马队) traders wh had traveled that path fr centuries, carrying tea, silks, etc. t markets as far away as India.
