Jseph Frederick Engelberger, the Father f Rbtics, was brn n July 26, 1925. He received his degree in Electric Engineering in 1949 frm Clumbia University. He wrked as an engineer in a cmpany and then he met Gerge Devl at a party in 1956, tw years after Devl had designed and patented (获得专利权) an industrial rbtic arm.
