What are prblems faced by Venice? Venice is faced with the prblems caused by water. Saltwater is slwly damaging the bases f Venice’s buildings, making the city gradually sink. Flds als hit the city each winter, causing mre prblems.

Britain is an island cuntry and the surrunding sea gives England a varied climate. They never knw what the weather will be like frm ne day t the ther. It can be sunny ne day and rainy the next. As they have such a variable climate changing frm day t day, it is difficult t predict the weather. In general they have warm summer and cl winters.
Temperate ClimateThe verall climate in England is called temperate maritime（温带海洋性气候）. This means that it is mild with temperatures nt much lwer than 0ºC in winter and nt much higher than 32ºC in summer. Warmest and cldest mnths July and August are nrmally the warmest mnth in England.
In nrth-west China, the yellw earth is thick and cmpacted, s peple build cave dwellings as their place f residence.
Cave dwellings are cmmn in certain areas f nrthern China where they serve as hmes fr mre than 40 millin peple. In the prvinces f Shaanxi and Shanxi where the yellw earth (called less 黄土) is quite cmpacted（坚实的）, cave huses have been in use fr centuries.
The cnstructin f cave hmes requires lw technlgy. They are prtected frm the elements, and are insulated (隔热) frm the extremes f heat and cld.

In Myanmar, the climate is ht and humid and there are many rivers. Many peple live in bamb huses n stilts, which keep them abve the water.
