    In 2016 Ri Olympic Game, Chinese Wmen Vlleyball Team successively defeated Brazil, Hlland and finally wn ver Serbia, gaining back its Olympic gld medal again after a whle 12 years.

    As a player f the Chinese table tennis team, everyne bears the respnsibility, and everyne will treat every match with all his strength. They als have team spirit and sense f respnsibility.

    Example: Despite reaching the quarter-finals as the 4th team in the grup, with just 2 wins in preliminary matches, they were nt ging t give up.

    When the grup members dn’t knw what t talk abut, I cllect sme talking materials fr them, and I give them a gd start. When they argue abut smething, I just use my rganizatinal skills t balance the atmsphere. I als make a cnclusin at the end f the discussin with my leadership.
