But while dreaming may serve a distinct purpse in memry frmatin, it culd als be a byprduct f memry prcessing.
“Daytime experiences are rarely replayed as experienced, but are almst always mdified r surface in different cntexts,” says Kumral. “Individuals with certain psychlgical cnditins r mental prblems might benefit frm tailred strategies that enhance memry prcessing r treat disrders f dreaming during sleep, ptentially cntributing t imprving mental and emtinal health.”
