一般过去时
概念：过去某个时间里发生的动作或状态；过去习惯性、经常性的动作、行为。
例句：
I went swimming with my parents last Sunday.
He finished his hmewrk just nw.
常用的时间状语：ag，yesterday，the day befre yesterday，last week，last(year，night，
mnth…)，in 1989，just nw，at the age f 5，ne day，lng lng ag，nce upn a time etc.
基本结构：动词的过去式。
一般过去时不分人称和数，都用过去式。
6.动词过去式变化规则（分规则变化和不规则变化）及读音：
1） 规则变化：
A、 一般情况下,动词词尾加-ed,如：wrk—wrked play—played want—wanted
ask—asked。
B、 以不发音的-e结尾动词,动词词尾加-d,如 ：live—lived mve—mved taste—tasted。
C、 以“辅音字母+y”结尾的动词,把y改成i,加 —ed,如：study—studies try—tried
cpy—cpied carry—carried。
D、 重读闭音节动词,双写词尾辅音字母,再 加—ed,如：stp—stpped。
E: “ed”的读音：
①清辅音[p] [k] [f] [s] [f]等后,ed要读[t].如：wrked,finished。
②元音或浊辅音[b] [g] [v] [z] [m]等后,ed要读[d].如：lived, called。
③[t]或[d]后,ed读[id].如：started,needed。
2）不规则变化 (见不规则变化动词表）。
7．用法：
(1)一般过去时表示过去的动作或状态。
A. 一般过去时通常与表示过去的时间状语连用。
与一般过去时连用的时间状语有：yesterday，last night(week，year，mnth，Sunday)，then，at that time，at that mment，just nw，a few days(weeks，mnths，years) ag等。例句：
Lucy turned ff all the lights befre she went ut.
出门前露茜关了所有的灯。
B. 一般过去时也可以与tday，this week(mnth，year)等时间状语连用，但这些时间状语
应指过去。如：
Did yu see him tday? 你今天见他了吗？（tday指今天已过去的某一时刻）
C.一般过去时还可以和fr或since引导的时间状语连用。如：
I stayed there fr tw mnths. 我在那里呆了两个月。
Nthing happened since then. 打那以后什么事都没有发生。
(2) 有时一般过去时的时间状语或是在上下文、或是暗含于句中
Wh was that? 那人是谁？
I saw Ker in twn. 我在城里看见了克尔。
(3)一般过去时在时间和条件状语从句中表示过去将来的动作或状态。
Hans said he wuld let us knw if he gt any news.
汉斯说要是得到消息就告诉我们。
8.一般过去时的否定句：
1）谓语动词为be动词，在be动词后加nt, was were与nt 可缩写为wasn’t weren’t [wɜ:nt]。
2） 除be动词外的其他系动词及行为动词需用助动词did加nt 构成,缩写didn’t, 后面动词用原形。
3）谓语有情态动词，在情态动词后加nt 构成。
4）had表示”有”时，可在后面直接加nt 构成否定，缩写为hadn’t；表其他意义时，需用助动词did加nt构成。
5)注意：did做实意动词时，构成否定句要用助动词did加nt 构成, 后面动词通原形d
9.一般过去时的一般疑问句及其回答。
1）谓语动词为be动词时，直接提前be 动词。
2) 除be动词外的其他系动词及行为动词需用助动词did，提前助动词，后面动词用原型。
3）谓语有情态动词，直接提前情态动词。
4）had 表示”有”时, 可直接提前，也可提前助动词； 表其他意义时，需提前助动词did。
5）谓语动词为实意动词did, 需加助动词did, 提前助动词, 后面动词用原形。
6）注意写上问号。
7）句中有sme smething时变否定句和疑问句后，sme， smething 变为any，anything。
8）一般疑问句回答（略）。
