Tasting the chclate is an imprtant part f making sure that custmers get perfect bars f high-quality chclate frm the cmpany I wrk fr. Every week I receive chclate frm ur factry and I have t check them fr taste and smell. Just beside my cmpany ffice I have a kitchen where I can test and taste the prducts—and I keep my clleagues happy by giving them sme! My kitchen is full f machines t play with. It’s wnderful t have a private space I can g t during the day.
N tw days are the same in this jb. Smetimes I am at ur fd lab and ther times I’m ut f the cuntry buying ur raw materials and as I’ve gt a yung family that can be difficult. But that kind f variety, and lack f rutine, is smething I lve abut the jb, althugh I think it still cmes secnd t the chclate itself! The questin I get asked mst is whether I get bred f chclate. I’ve wrked with it fr a lng time, and I’ve never felt I didn’t want t eat it. In fact, I’ll ften g hme and eat sme mre in the evening.
