    First, I had t think very carefully abut which curses I wanted t take. The schl adviser helped me chse the suitable nes: maths, English, chemistry, wrld histry, and Chinese. I knw that Chinese is a very difficult language, but I hpe t be fluent when I graduate. My adviser recmmended that I shuld sign up fr advanced literature because I like English and I’m gd at it.
    I had t chse extra-curricular activities, t. I tried t jin the schl ftball team, but the cach tld me that I didn’t play well enugh. Obviusly, I was unhappy, but I wn’t quit. I’ll find a way t imprve n my wn s that I can make the team next year. I jined a vlunteer club instead. Every Wednesday, we wrk at a sup kitchen and hand ut fd t hmeless peple in the cmmunity.
    I knw I’ll have t study harder as a senir high schl student and get used t being respnsible fr a lt mre. I’m a bit wrried abut keeping up with the ther students in my advanced curse, and it’ll be quite difficult t get used t all the hmewrk. Still, I’m happy t be here. Studying hard isn’t always fun, but I’ll be well prepared fr university r whatever else cmes in the future.
