    Match the dishes belw t their English names. Then in grups, discuss what yu knw abut these dishes, including what they cntain and hw they are made.

    The dry pt duck with glden buns and the bridge tfu. Because they are healthy.
    Step3: While listening: Tingting, Anna, and Lisa are at the Hunan Restaurant. Listen t their cnversatin and tick the dishes that they rder in the menu abve.

    In grups f three, discuss what types f restaurant yu wuld like t take a freign visitr t, and why. Then take turns rle-playing taking yur freign guest t the restaurant yu have chsen. One f yu shuld act as the freign guest, ne as the Chinese hst, and ne as the waiter r waitress. Yu may start like this:
