In this perid，the mst imprtant thing is reading.It is a gd time t train the students' ability f reading quickly and efficiently.Usually we d sme wrk t deal with new wrds and phrases befre reading.While reading，students shuld learn t catch the main and the mst imprtant ideas as quickly as they can.They must learn sme new wrds and new language items.They are suppsed t be able t use dictinaries t lk up the new wrds.They need t have reading strategies and the teacher shuld teach them these.After reading, we can talk abut the reading passage and discuss sme questins t check hw well the students learn frm the passage.
