    Step 1 Warming up
    复现前面课程学过的节日,帮助学生复习,同时游戏部分呈现节日风俗,也为学生完成3a练习做准备。
    Game: Think and guess
    Shw the descriptins f different festivals and ask Ss t guess which festival it is. (Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, The Dragn Bat Festival, Qing Ming Festival)
    Step 2 Presentatin & Reading
    Pre-writing

    Ask Ss t read the chart, then think f a festival and cmplete the chart.
    (Tip: T can use Spring Festival as an example and ask Ss t cmplete the chart fllwing the example.)
    Ask Ss t wrk in grups f fur and share their answers t each ther.
    Example:

    Ask Ss t read the instructins and the given sentence patterns, make sure that all the Ss understand the requirements f the writing task.
    Give Ss sme time t write their letters.
    (Tip: T can shw Ss the sample writing befre they start t write their letters.)
    After-reading
    When finished writing, T can divide Ss int several grups, ask them take turns t read their letters. When everyne is dne, each grup can vte fr the “best letter” t represent the grup. The winning letter frm each grup will then be read ut t the class.
    Self Check
    Exercise 1
    The first exercise in Self Check is t cmplete a passage abut Easter, s T can briefly intrduce the knwledge f Easter t Ss.
    Ask Ss t cmplete the passage with the wrds in the bx.

    symbl的含义:名词,意思是“象征”。
    nt nly ... but als ...的用法:在nt nly ... but als ... 结构中, als有时可以省略。该结构在此处连接两个句子。当nt nly位于句首时, 其所在的句子要用倒装语序。nt nly ... but als ... 也可连接句子中的两个并列成分,当其连接两个主语时谓语动词的数与邻近的主语保持一致。(就近原则)
    give ut的用法:give ut相当于hand ut, 为“动词+副词”型短语。其后所接宾语为名词, 放在give与ut之间或ut之后均可; 其后所接宾语为代词时则要放在give与ut之间。

    This is the last perid f the unit. Students will use what they have learned in the unit t write sme sentences and passages.We will practice wrds and expressins n festivals and review exclamatins and bjective clauses. We will get the students t use the language pints s they can remember well. Writing is the mst imprtant in the perid. The teacher can help the students when they are writing and lead them t review the key languages in this unit.
