    ①运用that, which 引导的定语从句描述事物,使事物特点具体化,句意更清晰。②运用that, wh 引导的定语从句描述人物,使人物特点更明确,句意表达更完整。③灵活运用that, which, wh 引导的定语从句,关注先行词的指代,注意句子表达前后的一致性。

    定语从句是指在复合句中作定语的从句,定语从句所修饰的词叫先行词。定语从句通常放在先行词的后面,由关系代词或关系副词引导。我们将学习由关系代词that、which或wh引导的定语从句。
    句子结构:主句(先行词)+ (关系词)定语从句

    ① 代替先行词② 连接主从句② 充当从句的成分
    观察表格,总结关系词that,which,wh在从句中所作的成分。
    作with的宾语,指物,music(可省略)
    作主语,指物,grup
    作主语,指物,mvies
    作主语,指人,musicians
    主语、宾语、表语(作宾语可省略)
    主语、宾语(作宾语可省略,介词后不可省)

    拓展:很多情况下that 和which 可以换用,但也有不可换用的特殊情况:(1) 用that,不用which 的情况① 当先行词是all, nne, little, everything, nthing, smething, anything 等不定代词或被它们修饰时。e.g. Is there anything that I can d fr yu?有什么我可以为你做的事吗?
    ②当先行词被形容词最高级或序数词修饰时。e.g. It is the mst imprtant task that shuld be finished sn.这是应该马上完成的最重要的任务。③当先行词中既有人又有物时。e.g. Tny saved the man and his dg that fell int the water just nw.托尼刚才救了掉入水中的那个人和他的狗。
    ④当先行词前有the nly, the very等修饰时。
    e.g. Drawing is the nly thing that interests her mst.
    画画是她唯一感兴趣的事情。
    (2)用which,不用that 的情况①引导非限制性定语从句(前面有逗号)。e.g. Ftball, which is an interesting game, is played all ver the wrld. 全世界都踢足球,它是一项有趣的运动。②关系代词前有介词时。e.g. Language is the mst imprtant tl withut which peple can’tcmmunicate with each ther.语言是最重要的工具,没有它,人们便无法互相交流。
    小贴士:无论wh, that 还是which, 在定语从句中充当主语时,谓语动词的选择都要以先行词为准,先行词是单数,则谓语动词用单数;先行词是复数,则谓语动词用复数。
    Amng all the bks which are written by Lu Xun, I like Wild Grass best. 在所有鲁迅写的书中,我最喜欢《野草》。
    ③当先行词为that, thse 指物且做主语时。
    must find ut thse which may be ignred by us.
    你必须找到那些可能被我们忽视的东西。
    e.g. D yu knw the yung man (whm) we met at the gate?你认识我们在门口遇到的那个年轻人吗?The persn t whm yu just talked is Mr. Li. 刚刚和你说话的人就是李先生
    →关系词whse 作定语,可以指“人的……”,也可以指“物的……”。e.g. The desk (whse legs are brken) belngs t me.
    关系代词在从句中作定语修饰legs
    →关系词whm只能指人,在从句中作宾语,可省略在从句中作介词宾语且介词位于关系代词前,则不可省略。
