    1.Teach the new wrds in 1a and let the students read them alud.
    2.Ask the students t lk at the picture and match the plants and animals with their names.
    3.Check the answers with the class.
    Step 3 Wrk n 1b
    1.Teach the sentences in 1b.Explain the differences between them.
    2.Pint at the things in the picture in 1a and ask the students “What’s this/that?” r “What are these/thse?” Let the students answer with “It’s...” r “They’re...” patterns.
    3.Ask the students t make their wn cnversatins using the wrds in 1a.
    4.Invite sme pairs t act ut their cnversatins.
    Step 4 Wrk n 2a-2b
    1.Teach the students the numbers in 2a.Ask the students t read them tgether by fllwing the recrding.
    2.Play the recrding f 2b fr the first time and let them finish the task in 2b.Ask a few students t share their answers.
    3.Play the recrding fr a secnd time and check the answers.
    Step 5 Wrk n 2c
    1.Teach the patterns in 2c.Let the students make sentences with the three patterns “What animal...?”“What plants...?”“Hw many...?”
    2.Chse three students t make any ne f the sentences and give them praise.
    3.Play the recrding fr the first time and let them finish the task in 2c.Check the answers tgether.
    4.Play the recrding fr a secnd time.Let the students read after the recrding.

    1.Ask the students t wrk in pairs.Let them talk abut the plants and animals in the picture in 1a.Let them fill in the blanks.
    2.Ask tw pairs t read their cnversatins ut.Give them praise and advice.

    本节课让学生学习了更多的动植物。课堂上通过练习,学生能大致描述乡村生活中的事物,并且对乡村生活产生了兴趣。部分学生生活在城市,没有接触过乡村生活,所以在导入过程中需要多用图片和视频激起这部分学生的学习兴趣。
