n指一个物体在另一物体的表面上,两者有接触。
in指一个物体在另一个物体或某一空间的内部。
under指一个物体在另一物体的正下方,两者可以有接触,也可以没有。
n the wall意为“在墙上(表面上)”in the wall意为“在墙上(墙内部)”

n the tree则多指树自身所有,长在树上的东西.in the tree多指外界的事物或人在树上,而非树木自身所长;

n the bed 意为“在床上(在床的表面上)”in the bed 意为“在床上(在床上的被子里)”in bed 意为“卧病在床”

3. pair n. 一双,一对 pair 常与介词f连用,表示鞋子、袜子、眼镜等由两个相同部分组成的物品的量。 a pair f sth. 作主语时,谓语动词用单数,… pairs f sth. 作主语时,谓语动词用复数。 This pair f shes is nice. 这双鞋很好看。 Tw pairs f glves are n the table. 桌子上有两副手套。
4. need v. & n. 需要 (1) need作实义动词,有人称和数的变化,其否定形式是在need前加dn’t或desn’t。need sth. 需要某物 eg: I need sme pens. 我需要一些钢笔。need t d sth. 需要做某事 eg: Yu need t keep yur bedrm tidy. 你需要保持卧室整洁。need sb. t d sth. 需要某人做某事 eg: I need yu t help me with the cking. 我需要你帮我做饭。
(2) need 作名词,是不可数名词。in need f 需要 eg: I’m in need f sme fresh air. 我需要呼吸一点新鲜空气。there is n need t d sth. 没必要做某事 eg:There is n need t cry. 没必要哭了。
5. Yu’re welcme. 别客气。/ 不用谢。
当别人向你表示感谢说Thank yu./ Thanks./ Thank yu very much./ Thanks a lt.时,你可以用Yu’re welcme.来回答,表示“不用谢”。还可以用:That’s OK./ That’s all right./ Nt at all.等。
eg: —Thank yu very much! 非常感谢! —Yu’re welcme. 不用谢(别客气)。
6.Where is it/are they? 这是一个由特殊疑问词where 引导的特殊疑问句,询问地点。 在英语中,提问某人或某物在哪儿的句型为“Where+is/are+主语?” 如果句子的主语是可数名词的单数形式或不可数名词,用is; 如果句子的主语是可数名词的复数形式,用 are。 这类句子的答语往往是“It is/They are+介词+名词或代词”。
