    【剖析】
    第一句是what引导的感叹句。第二句是hw引导的感叹句,hw是修饰谓语动词wish,感叹句主句是个宾语从句。
    【剖析】
    what常用这个结构引导感叹句:
    What a/an+形容词+名词+主语+谓语!(主语谓语可省去)
    What+形容词+名词(复数或不可数)+主语+谓语!(主语谓语可省去)
    hw常用这个结构引导感叹句:
    Hw +形容词/副词+主语+谓语!(主语谓语可省去)
    例句:What a gd teacher he is!
    What fun the Water Festival is!
    Hw fantastic the dragn bat teams were!
    Hw pretty the dragn bats were!

    【剖析】
    1) “如此...以至于”s 后加的是形容词或副词的原形。引导的是结果状语从句。

    2) 与s 的区别
    “如此...以至于”。such是形容词,因此such后加的名词性短语。
    This is such a useful dictinary that I am thinking f buying it.

    I had s little mney that I culdn’t buy a pen.
    【剖析】
    s that为了,以便于。引导结果状语从句和目的状语从句。

    【剖析】
    written by Charles Dickens 是过去分词短语作后置定语。可转变成定语从句。
    = A Christmas Carl is a famus shrt nvel that/which was written by Charles Dickens.
    4. He nw treats everyne with kindness and warmth, spreading lve and jy everywhere he ges. (p14-2b)
    【剖析】
    spreading lve and jy everywhere he ges. 在句子中做伴随状语。
    He died tw years, leaving his little sn and wife.
    6. Nt nly d peple spread them arund in different hiding places fr an egg hunt, but they als give ut these treats as gifts. (p16-1)
    【剖析】
    nt nly… but als...为并列连词,用于连接两个表示并列关系的成分,着重强调后者,其意为“不仅……而且……”;其中的als有时可以省略。

    Nt nly the students but als their teacher is enjying the film.
    【剖析】
    若连接两个成分作主语,其谓语通常与靠近的主语保持一致。
    Nt nly yu but als he has t leave.
    若连接两个句子,nt nly放句首时,表示强调,这时句子要部分倒装,即将谓语的一部分(如情态动词、be动词、助动词等)放在主语的前面,而but als后的句子不倒装。

    模块四 知识点精讲---宾语从句

    宾语从句
    一、宾语从句的概念
    宾语从句属于名词性从句,在句中作主句的宾语。
    eg. We knw that Mr. Green teaches English.
    She asked if these answers were right.
    二、宾语从句三要素:1)引导词(连接词)2)语序 3)时态
    (一) 引导词
    1. 由从属连词that引导的宾语从句
    注:that在句中无实际意义,在从句中不能充当成分,常常会省略。
    I hear (that) yu passed the exam.
    He said (that) his father was a singer.
    由从属连词whether, if引导的宾语从句(重点掌握)
    if/ whether “是否”,说明对陈述的事物不明确或不清楚。常用在ask, wnder, tell等后。
    I want t knw whether/if he is right.
    I wnder whether/if we can get there.
    Culd yu tell me whether/if that film is interesting?
    只能用whether不能用if的情况:
    1)在介词后面:
    I’m thinking f whether we shuld g fishing.
    We are wrried abut whether it will rain tmrrw.
    2)在动词不定式前:
    They asked me whether t g skating.
    3)当与r nt连用,或提出两种选择时:
    I dn’t knw whether he’s free r nt.
    Mary asked whether I r nt was ding my hmewrk.
    Tell me whether yu’d like t g shpping r tidy the rm.
    4)宾语从句提前时:
    Whether this is true r nt, I can’t say.
    3. 由连接代词wh, whm, whse, which, what和连接副词where, hw, why, when引导的宾语从句。
    这些代词或副词连接主句和从句,并在从句中担任句子成分,具有一定的意义,不可省略。

    (二) 语序:陈述句语序
    即主句+连接词+从句(主+谓+其他成分)

    当从句的原句为以下句子以及what, wh作主语时,语序不变:
    I dn’t knw what’s the matter.
    Can yu tell me wh is ver there?
    (三) 时态:
    1、主句用一般现在时,现在进行时或一般将来时等“现在”范畴的时态时,从句的时态根据需要来用,不受主句影响。
    I want t knw what time he gt up this mrning.
    He will tell yu that he wants t g abrad.
    They are saying that they really like this city.
    2. 主句用过去时,从句用与过去相关的时态。
    Kate said there was a bx under the desk.
    They asked what he was ding then.
    She asked whether I had seen her befre.
    3. 从句说明的是一般真理、客观事实、自然现象、名言时,仍用一般现在时。
    Dad tld us that it is better t d than t say.
    He tld the by that three and three is six.
    He tld me the earth mves arund the sun.
    4. 从句中有具体时间状语,即使从句动作发生在主句动作前,仍用一般过去时。
    The teacher tld me she was brn in 1960.
