Settings Beginning
Hwever, that day was special. We were s bred that we didn’t knw what t d fr fun. Then Lily thught f a brilliant idea.She said that n the third flr lived an ld lady. The ld lady was usually alne fr her children rarely visited her. We might d smething special fr her.
S we prepared sme flwers, twels and brms in a shrt time; and then kncked at the dr f the ld lady.She pened the dr with surprise and bewilderment. Further, she was even mre surprised when we handed her the flwers, cleaned the tiles and flrs and sang sngs fr her.
After the cleaning, she gave us sme tea and biscuits as snacks. The lady thanked us again and again. Besides, she als tld us that it was really a brilliant idea! And that day was the best day f her life fr ages.
I als felt very special at the mment when she handed me the tea with warm smiles. Like a tender flwer blmed all f a sudden at the bttm f my heart. I frgt the sweats, dirts and the brm in my hand. As a seven-year-ld girl, all I culd remember was the great feeling f giving. And it really was fragant and hly.
