Findings frm the team shw that the human ccupatin f Curaça, an island in the suthern Caribbean, dates as far back as 5735-5600 BC— up t 850 years earlier than previusly thught.
Christina Givas, wh c- lead the study, says, “This new infrmatin helps push the initial explratin in this regin back t a time when ther islands t the nrth f Curaça are als being settled.
