M: Almst tw-thirds f children want their parents t spend mre time reading t them befre bed. Mst f these kids like mm’s strytelling mre than dad’s, researchers said. They carried ut a study that shwed yunger children aged 3~4 were mst hungry fr mre stries. Over three-quarters f them said they wished their parents t read t them mre ften. Abut half f all children aged 3~8 said stry time was their favrite pastime with their parents.
Accrding t the research, there are tw ways fr mthers t becme best strytellers. They can use funny vices t shw different characters in a stry. They can als make their wn special sunds t keep the stry interesting and attractive. When mm and dad are nt at hand, celebrities (名人) will d: ver 30 percent f children said they wuld like t hear a bedtime stry frm famus peple like Harry Ptter, star Daniel Radcliffe.
