Blackboard design 8AUnit 5 Integrated skillsTopic: wild animalsNames: tiger,giant panda,polar bear,giraffe,dolphin,squirrel..Danger:kill animals for their bones/meat/furcatch them for funloss of living areaspollution…Ways to protect :build more reserves make lawshelp them have more babiesnever buy things made of animals…b Step = 8 \* ROMAN VIII.Teaching reflections课堂教学方面:本课为Unit5的一堂听说课,主要教学目标为识别不同野生动物的外貌、习性、主要食物以及各自面临的危险。能从听力材料中获取有用的信息,能够将所听、所读的信息综合起来,补充完善一封关于野生动物的信。学会用英语谈论野生动物面临的危险及保护措施。了解野生动物面临的危险,激发爱护动物的同情心,与身体力行的行为。为了完成以上教学目标我是这样设计我的教学流程的。首先,我选用学生们熟悉的迪士尼动画片《狮子王》的经典主题曲MV导入本课,既立即吸引了学生们的眼球也紧扣我们今天学习的话题:野生动物。学生们在观看的同时挑战记忆力,之后及时反馈信息。紧接着通过精心设计的猜谜游戏导入本节课要具体学习的两个动物:老虎和狼。接下来先让学生们自己用英语谈谈对这种动物的了解,其次自然地导入听力环节。在完成信息填写之后,进行小组合作,谈论文中所涉及到的“外貌,能力,食物,特性,危险”等学习内容。并完成书本上一封信的内容填写。之后,通过一个应景的视频,接着谈论拒绝皮毛,保护野生动物的必要性。通过视屏与图片呈现,使学生们深受触动,激发他们的同情心,为之后的巩固提高环节谈论野生动物面临的危险及如何保护他们,做好铺垫。最后师生得到一致的共鸣:“保护野生动物!”这一主题的得出,把本课教学推向另一个高潮,寓情感教育于英语教学中,进而实现了我设计本课所期望到达的“情感目标”。学生方面: 总体来说,在本堂课中,学生们的表现是很不错的。在授课之前我担心使用全英语教学,学生们是否会跟不上我的节奏。但这些可爱的孩子们用事实证明他们是很出色的。本节课以学案为引领,以小组合作为主要教学模式,学生们在课堂上对我的授课流程提前有了基本的了解,既做到了了然于胸,又惊喜于意想不到的呈现方式,时时刻刻思想集中,学生之间也始终有着“你追我赶,小组合作”的学习氛围,学生们的思维被最大限度地激活,参与课堂的积极性很高,课堂气氛活跃,虽然偶尔也有部分学生表达能力欠缺,单词发音不太准确,句型存有语法错误,但只要他们有勇气站起来,说出自己的观点,我都予以鼓励与表扬,毕竟,学好英语,从“敢于开口说”开始。课堂教学亮点: 我个人认为本节课存有以下亮点:1.课件制作精美,包含多种视频与教学图片,素材丰富,与主题环环相扣,起到锦上添花的作用。2.本课从学生的实际出发,设计思路清晰,衔接巧妙自然,从谈论野生动物的名称,外貌,特征等方面的基础学习,再到拓展延伸部分谈论野生动物所面临的危险及保护措施,整个过程非常流畅。3.通过使用学案与小组合作学习的教学模式,学生们之间团结合作,优等生带动英语基础较弱的学生共同讨论开口说英语,连平时不太愿意举手发言的同学也能开口说英语,积极地配合小组活动,激发了学生们学习的潜能与乐趣。4.本课教学容量控制的比较适中,给学生增添了一些课外信息。同时,学生也能较好地输出。最后的“巩固提高”环节进行了情感的教育,结尾自然,有意义。需要改进的地方:1. 部分环节语速过快,有部分学生没能及时作出反应。在今后的英语教学中需要更多的“备学生”用最简洁清晰的指令让学生参与到英语学习中来。在最后一个小组讨论环节“如何保护野生动物?” 时间略显不充足。节奏感控制的有所欠缺。考虑到学生英语水平的参差不齐,应在以后的教学中更多地兼顾英语基础较弱的学生,争取促进全体学生共同进步。总之,在与803班的学生们相处的这两个多月中,我们合作愉快,希望今后通过我们师生的共同努力,更好地磨合,我们能共同努力进步。愿明年的赛课之时,我们能呈现一节更加精彩的英语公开课。对于自己来说,我已有十多年的英语教龄,愿自己“不忘初心,方得始终!”
