在西方国家,学生一旦不小心在学校里丢失了东西,就会写一个Lst便条,上面写出所丢物品以及联系方式。同样,当人们拾到了物品,会以相同的方式在纸上写一个Fund便条。也有些学校会专门设立一个失物招领处,例如:Lst and Fund (bx, ffice, rm, desk...),便于大家找回丢失的物品。
