2. Ask students t read the text and answer the fllwing questins. ( SB,P44,Part 1)
(1) What makes the Irish cuntryside exciting and inspiring?
(2)What are the best ways t experience sme Irish traditins and culture?
(3)What is the meaning f “breathe in the sweet scent f fresh flwers while birds greet the new day with their mrning sng”?
Suggested answers:
(1)The beauty f the cuntryside.
(2)Stp by a village pub, taste the wine r the lcal beer, enjy the delicius traditinal Irish Beef Stew, and enjy sme traditinal music and dancing.
(3)Yu can smell the sweet scent f fresh flwers and hear the chirping f birds. (Persnificatin is used in this sentence. )
3. Discussin
What are the best ways t experience Chinese traditins and custms? Share yur ideas with a partner.

1. 分析地点介绍的文本特征
Read the text again and try t analyze the structure in grups.

Suggested answers:

(2)Intrductin: Give an intrductry sentence and make the reader eager t read the fllwing writing. (Yu can start with a striking image, smething surprising, and a qute r questin t draw the readers’ attentin. )
Bdy: Write the details (the landscape and traditins) and give examples.
Ending: Give an ending sentence and make the reader remember yur writing.
