New research shws that sitting less than three hurs a day might extend yur life by tw years. Peter Katzmarzyk, a scientist at the University f Luisiana in the suthern United States, says that sitting is ubiquitus in ur lives, meaning it is smething we d all the time, everywhere.

Such stries read like badly-written mrality tales, with everything in black and white and a simple yes-r-n message. Real life is much mre cmplicated. Reprters have t be neutral（中立的）and avid taking sides t early.
