    活动一:激活认知(Brainstrm)
    Befre watching,ask students t discuss what they knw abut the Lantern Festival
    【设计意图】在观看视频之前,让学生讨论他们所知道的有关元宵节的知识,激活学生对节日的已有认知,提高学习的兴趣。
    活动二:获取信息(Cmplete)
    1.Befre watching the vide,g thrugh the table n Page 12 with students and make sure they understand their meanings.
    2.Play the vide fr students t watch and get the answers.
    Suggested answers:

    活动三:描述与阐释(A brief intrductin)
    Ask students t wrk with a partner,use the infrmatin n Page 12 and give a brief intrductin t the Lantern Festival.
    【设计意图】在观看视频后,学生用所获取的信息简单描述元宵节,有利于促进知识的内化,加深对元宵节意义的理解。
    活动四:词汇复习(Review)(Part1,P10)
    1.Ask students t g thrugh the wrds in the bx and make sure they understand their meanings.
    2.Ask students t read Part 1 and fill in the blanks with the crrect frms f the wrds in the bx.
    3.Share the answers first in pairs r grups and then with the whle class. Suggested answers:

    2 In December, many cmpanies have fancy dress parties t celebrate the end f the year.
    3 The female sldiers frming the biggest marching grup in the Natinal Day parade attracted a lt f interest frm the media.

    2.Ask students t read and try t circle the crrect wrd in each sentence
    3.Share the answers first in pairs r grups and then with the whle class
    Suggested answers:
