Just a few hurs after the terrible earthquake, a magazine named Cllier's sent a telegraph message t the famus American writer Jack Lndn. They asked Mister Lndn t g t San Francisc and reprt abut what he saw. He arrived in the city nly a few hurs after the earthquake.The reprt he wrte is called, "THE STORY OF AN EYEWITNESS." In mre than tw weeks , it was published.
