♣ befre listening, let students read the questins and predict what is ging t hear.
Listening again and cmplete the table with the wrds yu hear.
♣ Insist students listen fr exact wrds and play the audi as many times as pssible until they are able t distinguish the individual wrds. Then check their answers and make the students clear f 2 pints: the 4 main parts f the dialgue and the expressins t shw pliteness.
Cllect the expressins fr the necessary part f the dialgue.

Imagine yu are making plans fr the hliday. Chse ne f the situatins and rle-play a phne call with a partner.
♣ Befre rle play, help students get mre infrmatin and expressins f different situatin-bking air tickets, bking a htel rm and bking a table fr dinner.
♣After each the rle-play f each situatin, a sample dialgue and a shrt vide are fllwed t make students better shw themselves next time.
