本课教学内容选自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材,《英语1 基础模块》中第六单元的热身(Warming Up)和听说(Listening and Speaking)板块,听说部分,要求学生能在对话交际中获得关于饮食的信息,并谈论与饮食相关的内容。
学情分析
饮食是和学生生活息息相关的话题,不少学生也会关注网络“吃播”,对这一话题有兴趣度。对于一些常见的饮食表达,如dumpling和steak,学生有一定了解,也能用简单句式I like/I hate表达喜好。但对更多种类饮食的谈论能力有限,用英文列举、讨论中华美食的知识储备不充分,也无法在交际中,从食物味道、个人喜好等方面综合谈论饮食。此外,针对服务类专业学生,也需要提升其提供点餐服务的职场语言沟通能力。因此需要激发学生兴趣,引导学生从语言输入到输出,从跟读模仿,到控制性练习,最后到点餐情境下的有效语言交际。

通过视频的方式导入食物这一主题,学习食物主题的词汇后后面的活动做铺垫。
Step 2:
Warming up
Chse and talk.
Intrduce the dishes and ask students t use sentences: “I’m a dn’t like can’t stand...” t talk abut the fd they like and dn’t like.
Discuss and list.
Present the fur wrds: sweet,salty,sur,spicy and grup the dishes.

本环节旨在引出与食物及饮料相关的词汇与句型,并在有语言提示的情况下,简单运用相关表达,为下一环节的听说活动做准备。
Step 3:
Listening
Listen and tick.
Lk at the pictures and let students predict the cntent f the listening. Then play the listening.
Listen and decide.
Befre playing the listening, ask students t read the questin and chices.Then have a rugh guess.
Listen and cmplete.
Befre listening, let students read the shrt passage first and fill in as many blanks as pssible.Then play the listening and check their answers.
Read after the script.
Shw students the script and ask them t read after the script.
Finish the listening activities “Listen and tick/Listen and decide/Listen and cmplete” in the bk.
本环节旨在训练学生根据已有的信息预测听力内容,在听的过程中获取、归纳并记录关键信息,侧重培养学生语言沟通能力和语言交互能力。

本环节通过观看视频回答问题分析重难点,点餐用语总结等活动,使学生掌握点餐的基础语言表达。夯实重点,为之后的口语输出做准备。

Imitate and practice.

Rle play.
Intrduce the differences between Chinese fd and western fd and shw sme pictures.
Imitate activity 6 and make up a new dialgue and then practice with partners.
Knw the differences between Chinese fd and western fd.
本环节通过跟读范本中重点句型、替换关键词模仿练习等活动,使学生掌握点餐的基础语言表达。在此基础上,进一步迁移到实际的点餐语境中,培养学生的语言交互能力和思维能力。此外,通过情境中的交际活动,注重培养学生点餐服务中的得体礼仪,提高职业综合素养。
