It was a rainy day. I had n desire t drive up the winding muntain rad t my daughter Carlyn’s huse. But she had insisted that I cme t see smething at the peak f the muntain.
S here I was, althugh unwilling t make the tw-hur jurney thrugh mist and rain. After lunch,my daughter requested me t drive her t Barage. After a ten-minute drive,we parked the car and gt ut. It lked as thugh the sun had tipped ver and spilled gld dwn the muntainside. At the center hung a waterfall f purple hyacinths. Here and there were breathtaking tulips.

As we apprached hme, we saw a sign that read “ Answers t the Questins I Knw Yu Are Asking. ” The first answer was: “One Wman—Tw Hands, Tw Feet, and Very Little Brain/’ The secnd was: “One at a Time. ” The third: “Started in 1958. ”
I was s mved by what we had seen. “ She changed the wrld,” I said, nt getting ver the shck. “ One bulb (球莲)at a time. She started almst 40 years ag. It was prbably just the beginning f an idea, but she kept at it. ”
“Imagine,” I added,“ if I had a visin and wrked at it, just a little bit every day, what might I have accmplished?”
