In June, a sharehlder (股东) advcacy grup called As Yu Sw pressured Micrsft t cnsider the way it “restricts cnsumer access t device repairability.”
Other tech cmpanies, like Dell, HP and Mtrla, have already begun making their devices mre repairable, getting ahead f Right t Repair laws that are very likely n the way. A sure sign is the rder signed last year by the president f the USA. It directed the Federal Trade Cmmissin t create Right t Repair rules.
In the past, Micrsft has actively lbbied (游说) against Right t Repair bills, but surprisingly, in Octber, Micrsft agreed t expand its repair chices, supplying access t parts and infrmatin needed fr repairs. They've prmised t make parts and service manuals available t the public by the end f 2022. The psitive respnse frm cmpanies like Micrsft, Perzanwski says, culd be linked t a cmbinatin f public pressure, a desire t get ahead f upcming laws and a grwing understanding f the prblem f electrnic waste.
32. What can we infer abut Right t Repair laws in the USA?
A. They are ignred by the president. B. They have a very lng way t g.

A. The negative envirnmental impact f device repairability.
B. Micrsft's change f attitude t device repairability.
C. Sme cmpanies' lbbying against Right t Repair bills.
D. The empty prmises abut repairability made by Micrsft.
34. What is a purpse f the mvement f Right t Repair?
A. Prtecting the envirnment. B. Lwering prductin csts.
C. Making mre prfits. D. Imprving the quality f devices.
35. What is a smart strategy used by As Yu Sw accrding t Perzanwski?
