    (1) Ask students t wrk in pairs t discuss the fllwing questins.
    ·Have yu ever written a pem befre? If s, what did yu write abut?
    ·What might inspire yu t write pems?
    (2) Instruct students t read the passage belw:
    【设计意图】在听力之前,讨论与主题相关的问题及学习听力技巧,有助于激活学生已有的背景知识,扫除听力障碍,降低听力难度。
    活动二:获取与梳理
    1. Listen t Part 1 and answer the questins.
    Ask students t listen t Part 1 f a cnversatin between a teacher and her students and answer the questins.

    活动四:描述与阐释
    Listen and practise reading the pems alud.
    (1) Instruct students t read the learning strategy belw and make sure they understand the shrt passage.
    (2) Play the pems n Page 55 fr students and remind them t pay attentin t the rhyming wrds and the rhythm f the pems.
    (3) Inspire vlunteers t read fr the class.
    【设计意图】通过前面听力活动语言的积累和本环节口语的输出﹐提高学生的语言表达能力。

    (1) Ask students t find their favurite pems and read alud.

    Read petry alud
    Petry shuld always be read alud, as that is when yu can hear the music f the wrds. When reading petry alud, start slwly. Find and emphasise the rhythm f the wrds. Begin t think abut hw the pem makes yu feel—happy, sad, in lve—and read the pem with emtin, puring ut yur feelings.
