    have butterflies (in ne’s stmach) = have a nervus feeling befre ding sth(做某事前)心慌,紧张 此句中with butterflies in my stmach用了“with + 宾语 + 宾补”的结构,表示伴随状况,即作伴随状语。with的复合结构除作伴随状语外还可以作原因状语、条件状语、方式状语、定语和补足语。
