    M: I saw an advertisement abut a mnth ag. S Mum phned the place and we visited it last week, but I nly had my first lessn yesterday.

    M: All we did was brush the hrses. It wasn’t difficult but I wanted t ride. I hpe the next lessn will be interesting.
    W: I remember my first lessn. I gt a riding hat as a birthday present, plus bts and trusers, s I had lts f things. But my friend’s mum had t lend me her jacket because it was s cld that day.
    M: What was yur teacher like?
    W: She wn a lt f prizes fr hrse riding, but I dn’t think she really knew hw t teach us and she wasn’t always fun. But I kept ging, and nw I lve riding!

    W: Hell, everyne. I’m ging t tell yu abut ur trip t the City Museum. The museum isn’t far----it’ll nly take us abut 20 minutes t get there. There will be several events during the day and yu’ll have the chance t walk arund the museum fr at least 50 minutes. At first we’ll listen t the museum directr Jane Wittn fr abut 30 minutes, telling us abut what there is t see. Usually in a museum yu’re nt allwed t tuch what’s n shw, but n this visit, we are! Yu’ll all wrk in grups, and each grup will be given pts t pick up and lk at, and think abut what they were used fr. Yu’ll study sme ancient rings t, althugh I’m afraid they’ll stay in their glass case. The museum als has a Technlgy Center fr educatin and research. Yu’ll be able t find ut lts f interesting facts. Rather than using cmputers, thugh, iPads will be prvided. Yu can wrk n these t search fr infrmatin. When yu’ve finished yur research, fr the final activity yu’ll d a quiz t see hw much yu can remember. When we get back t schl, I’d like yu t design and make smething fr ther students t see. The museum has sent us sme f their pstcards, which can give yu ideas fr the psters I want yu t draw.
